Who we are

Syncstead Company (a simplified joint stock company, CR 7055468719), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (“Syncstead”, “we”). Contact: info@syncstead.com.sa.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the Syncstead platform at app.syncstead.com.sa. A client’s signed subscription agreement or order form comes first: where it differs from these terms, the signed agreement applies.

Accounts and access

• Each client company has an account owner who decides who can sign in and what each person can do.
• Users keep their sign-in details private and use 2-step sign-in where their company requires it.
• Tell us straight away at info@syncstead.com.sa if you think an account has been misused.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or platform to break the law, access data you are not allowed to see, disrupt or test the service’s security without our written permission, copy or resell the platform, or upload harmful code.

Client data

• Each client owns the employee and company data it puts into the platform.
• We process that data only to provide the service, under the client’s instructions, the data processing agreement and the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
• Each company’s data is kept separate, and actions are recorded in an audit trail.
• When a subscription ends, the client can export its data within the period set in the agreement; after that we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Service and support

We work to keep the platform available and secure, and we announce planned maintenance in advance where we can. Service levels, support hours and hosting location are set out in each client’s agreement.

Fees

Fees, payment terms and the package chosen are set in each client’s order form. All prices are quoted including 15% VAT.

Our intellectual property

The Syncstead platform, website, name and logo belong to Syncstead. Clients receive the right to use the platform during their subscription; no ownership passes to them.

Free calculators

The calculators on this website give estimates based on the Saudi Labour Law for general information. They are not legal or financial advice; check important figures with a specialist.

Suspension and ending the service

We may suspend access that puts the service, other clients or their data at risk, and we will tell the client why. Ending a subscription is handled as set out in the client’s agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Syncstead is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited as set out in the client’s agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell clients about important changes in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Riyadh.
