How long does setup take?
Typically about four weeks: discovery, setup and data import, one payroll run in parallel, then go-live. We confirm the plan in the first meeting based on your size.
Can you import our existing data?
Yes. We import your employee list, structure and balances from Excel and check them with you before go-live.
Is it in Arabic and on mobile?
Yes. The full system works in Arabic and English, and employees use it from their phones.
Who trains our team?
The founder trains your HR team and managers directly, and stays with you after go-live.
How does it handle GOSI and end of service?
Syncstead calculates GOSI contributions and end-of-service awards under the Saudi Labour Law and prepares the salary transfer file each month. Direct connections to government platforms are on our roadmap.
How is our data protected?
