Who we are

Syncstead Company (a simplified joint stock company, CR 7055468719), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operates this website. Contact: info@syncstead.com.sa.

What we collect

• Details you choose to send us by email, WhatsApp or the demo form: your name, work email, company, number of employees and, if you add it, your mobile number.
• Booking details you enter in our Google Calendar booking page.

The demo form does not store anything on our website: it opens your own email app with the details filled in, and we receive them only if you press send.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange a meeting and send you a proposal you asked for. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts; these services may log your IP address as part of delivering the page. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar and emails by Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up, and delete them on request or when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email info@syncstead.com.sa and we will respond promptly.

Client data in the Syncstead platform

Employee data that clients load into the Syncstead platform is covered by a separate data processing agreement signed before any real data is used.
